Albatrozo Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Albatrozo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
Albatrozo is a platform that allows users to:
- Upload and watch videos
- Follow creators
- Subscribe to creators
- Purchase premium content
- Support creators through tips and paid features
- Access an adults-only creator section where legally permitted
Users must be at least the minimum legal age required in their jurisdiction.
Users accessing adult content must satisfy all applicable age-verification requirements.
Creators are solely responsible for the content they publish.
Creators agree that they:
- Own or have all necessary rights to uploaded content.
- Will not upload copyrighted material without permission.
- Will not upload illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading content.
- Will not exploit or endanger minors.
- Will not upload content involving non-consensual activity, violence, or prohibited sexual content.
- Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Will accurately represent themselves and their identity.
- Will complete identity verification if required for monetization.
- Will maintain records required by applicable law for adult content where required.
Adult creators additionally agree:
- Every participant appearing in content must be a consenting adult.
- Consent must be obtained before recording and publishing content.
- Identity and age verification may be required before publication or monetization.
- Any violation may result in immediate suspension, removal of content, forfeiture of unpaid earnings where permitted by law, and permanent account termination.
Users may not:
- Harass others
- Post hate speech
- Upload malware
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Circumvent platform security
- Engage in fraud
- Spam users
- Purchase fake engagement
- Impersonate another person
- Share paid content without authorization
Creators retain ownership of their original content.
By uploading content, creators grant Albatrozo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, distribute, promote, and stream that content for the purpose of operating, improving, and marketing the platform.
Albatrozo may offer:
- Paid subscriptions
- Premium videos
- Tips
- Digital purchases
- Other monetization features
Albatrozo charges a commission on certain paid services.
This commission may apply to subscriptions, premium content sales, tips, pay-per-view content, or other monetized features.
Applicable commission rates will be displayed to creators before enrollment or otherwise communicated through the creator dashboard. Albatrozo reserves the right to modify commission rates upon reasonable notice.
Applicable taxes, payment processing fees, chargebacks, refunds, or other required deductions may also be withheld where appropriate.
Creators are responsible for providing accurate payout information.
Albatrozo may delay or withhold payouts when necessary to:
- Investigate fraud
- Resolve chargebacks
- Verify identity
- Comply with legal obligations
- Enforce these Terms
Albatrozo reserves the right, but is not obligated, to:
- Remove content
- Restrict visibility
- Suspend accounts
- Terminate accounts
- Investigate violations
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations including:
- Illegal activity
- Copyright infringement
- Fraud
- Repeated policy violations
- Abuse of payment systems
- Uploading prohibited adult content
- Circumvention of platform rules
Albatrozo respects intellectual property rights.
Copyright owners may submit takedown requests. Repeat infringers may have their accounts permanently terminated.
Albatrozo provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific results, or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Albatrozo and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the platform.
Users and creators agree to indemnify and hold Albatrozo harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from their content, conduct, or violation of these Terms.
Albatrozo may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction designated by Albatrozo in its legal notices, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
